Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returning Defective Furniture: Pier 54 Home and Outdoor must be notified within 72 hours of the arrival furniture. If the furniture is defective in any way. Pictures of the defective area have to accompany the notification. Furniture has to be securely and safely re-packaged in the same box. If it is merely a matter of a broken or missing part. We will send you the replacement pieces, we will ship those to you as soon as we can obtain them. If it is deemed that the furniture needs to be returned, we will issue a return label once you send us the tracking number and we can see that the package is on its way back we will send a replacement. Should you choose to receive a refund instead of the replacement, The refund will be issued when we receive the furniture and have inspected it.
Returning non-defective items. at some point in time it happens to all of us, we order something and it arrives. Somehow it just isn't what we thought it was. Or we decide we don't need it or want it. a lot of times if it is below a certain amount we just take the loss and move on.However, if it is something bigger and more expensive we might choose to return it. We strive to make our customers happy. the fact is that returns cost money. We are happy to take the item back but there will be a 10% restocking fee and customers will be expected to pay the return shipping
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
